Guaranty and Cancellation Policy

Reservations will only be considered as guaranteed upon reception of a Purchase Order, or a deposit in our bank account, or by an authorized credit card transaction

Only cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival will be accepted.

Reservations No-Show will be charged with the full value of the first night reserved.

During the high-seasons periods of Easter and the La Ceiba Carnival, different conditions for both cancellations and refunds may apply.
